1. General provisions
- These terms govern the use of the online store at https://shop.ulam.tech.
- The store is owned and operated by ULAM Tech.
- The store runs on the PrestaShop platform.
- By using the store you accept these terms.
2. Orders
- Orders can be placed through the store website around the clock.
- To place an order, add products to the cart, complete the order form and pay.
- The contract is concluded once the seller confirms the order (confirmation e-mail).
- All prices include applicable taxes.
3. Payments
- Payments are handled by the providers configured in the store.
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed.
- Delivery costs are shown at checkout, before the order is placed.
5. Returns and refunds
- You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

- Products must be returned in unchanged condition.
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of the returned goods arriving.
